[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#825131: hexchat-otr: need visual trust indicator

Right now after I go secure and trust the peer, there is no visual 
indicator of trust. There is no way for me to know if the user I am talking 
to is trusted.
(The way the nick is displayed does change to indicate that we're secure at 
least).
