[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] sbws package to be part of this team?

Hi,

i just created an ITP [0] for sbws [1].

sbws is a Tor bandwidth scanner intended to obtain Tor relays bandwidth
capacities. The results of the bandwidth scanner are parsed by Tor
directory authorities and used to calculate relays' weight.
It programmed in Python using steam.

Currently most of the directory authorities run Debian and because of
security, they prefer to install sbws from Debian archive.

It can also be used in any testing network or for research purposes.

It would be nice if this package maintenance would not depend only on
one person and i thought this is a suitable team for it.

I have created the initial package [2] and intend to maintain it for
some middle term. It still would need to be reviewed and uploaded by
someone else.

Do you think it could be part of this team?.
