Many thanks for the offer! I'm aware that the d/rules file is rather a
mess and we do a lot of work which could by upstream or dh. However I'm
new in the team and I didn't find the time yet to do large changes.
Hence I concentrated on fixing bugs and get the package back into a more
usable and more compliant state. Cleaning up d/rules wasn't on the top
of the list until now.
