Bug#607456: please reenable start-pulseaudio-x11 on KDE

start-pulseaudio-kde only starts the kde related modules (namely module-
device-manager), while start-pulseaudio-x11 starts the x11 specific modules 
(module-x11-publish, module-x11-xsmp)[1] with the appropriate $DISPLAY and 
$SESSION_MANAGER values.
