Bug#607459: pulseaudio: KDE starts up in "alsa mode"

This issue is unrelated to #596896 and #605479.

When pulseaudio is available, KDE uses (or should use) pulseaudio directly 
without going through the alsa->pulseaudio plugin.

Using the Debian package this doesn't happen and KDE tries to use ALSA 
directly.
