Bug#581624: still happening

Hi,
I know this is a pretty old bug report, but I'm still experiencing this issue
in current Debian Sid, and I can't try the experimental pulseaudio package
(0.9.22-1) because of some broken dependencies.
Hoping it can help, I found out this bug used to happen on Ubuntu aswell:
