This is strange. The output suggests that the stream is being sent to
the sink number 1, but pactl list sinks only lists sink number 0. Can
you reroute the sound to the appropriate sink?

If you have X, you can use pavucontrol to do that (while the stream is
playing). Otherwise, you would need to do the following:

1. Start playing
2. Use pactl list sink-inputs to find out the sink input number (the
first line in the output)
3. Use `pactl move-sink-input $sink_input_number $sink_number`

In your case $sink_number should be 0.
