Could you please attach a pulseaudio verbose log?

% systemctl --user --edit --runtime pulseaudio.service
# insert this
ExecStart=
ExecStart=/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize=no -vvvv
% systemctl --user restart pulseaudio.service

# Wait for the problem to occur again
journalctl --user-unit pulseaudio.service --since=<time when you restarted
the service> > pulseaudio.log

Also, please attach the output of `pactl list` both when the interface is
working and when it isn't.
