Bug#999443: pulseaudio: Muted microphone is unmuted when resuming from sleep
Ben Goodwin
vbgoodwin3 at gmail.com
Thu Nov 11 04:29:23 GMT 2021
Package: pulseaudio
Version: 15.0+dfsg1-2
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: vbgoodwin3 at gmail.com
My computer's internal microphone does not remain muted after
resuming from sleep (suspended to memory).
Steps to reproduce:
1. mute microphone via pactl or pavucontrol
2. put computer to sleep by suspending to memory
3. wake computer
4. unlock computer at lightdm prompt
Result: microphone is no longer muted
Expected: microphone should still be muted
