Bug#765848: pulseaudio: same problem on Debian 11.4

Package: pulseaudio
Version: 14.2-2
Followup-For: Bug #765848
X-Debbugs-Cc: gcabrele51 at gmail.com
Dear Maintainer,
Casually disconnecting the earphones, when I connected them back I realized I had had no sound.
Acting on the audio widget and bringing up the audio configuration there was no "Line out" shown
(only "Line in" present).
The only way to recover the sound was to reboot with the earphones plugged-in.
I tried by booting on a different partition running Debian 10.14 and everything was ok:
the "Line out" remained present on the audio setting when diconnecting the earphones,
and when plugging them back the audio was immediately udible.
Same with a live version of Debian 10.
Therefore no HW problem.
Going back to 11.4 os, I tried to install pavucontrol-qt (0.16.0-1):
the problem still persist, but now instead of having to reboot I just need
to bring up pavucontrol and without any further action the audio is back.
