[Pkg-puppet-devel] Are we ok with the state of 0.25.0 ?

I'd like to get a package uploaded (andy pollock said he'd sponsor it)
for 0.25.0, particularly given 0.25.1 is about to be released....

Are we ok with the current status? git-buildpackage is working which is cool.

The only major change I can think of that we haven't included is
moving to using the vendor_ruby directory instead. I'm unsure about
that myself, and I'll go digging into the relevant policies now to see
how strong that policy is.
