I'm not sure either. To be honest, I'm still coming to grips
personally with the best practices for packaging on Debian :)

Should we regularly upload packages that are likely to be superseded
quickly? It doesn't seem ideal, but I'd like people to give this a
quick run through before we release 0.25.1 as a deb

I really like having git-buildpackage work. It should make it simpler
for people to be bleeding edge if they need to.

Yeah, after wading my way through the morass of ruby related mailing
lists I realized this was the issue.

The policy discussions and the actual ruby-policy are more certainly thin...
