[Pkg-puppet-devel] New meta repository for pkg-puppet packages and packaging

Hello,

I've added a new "meta" repository for pkg-puppet packages, modelled
after the excellent "pkg-perl" meta repository. This is done with the
hope that it will be easier to keep track of what we package.

Tools used to keep repositories up to date, are "mr" (from the "mr"
package) and "gbp" (from the "git-buildpackage" package).

To start using it, see the "Checkout" section at

"setup packaging repository" script and post-commit hook will be added
as soon as I'm happy with them.

Comments and suggested improvements are welcome.
