[Pkg-puppet-devel] vim-puppet and puppet-el

Hi there packagers,

I've notived that both vim-puppet and puppet-el were removed from
testing/sid. Some ppl told me that both were supposed to come out of the
same source package..

Since we are getting closer to the time of a freeze for stretch I'm
wondering if it could be possible to bring those two packages back so
that they can make it into the release.

Is there currently a reason for the packages to be unavailable in
testing and sid?
