Thanks for your attempt to contribute to Debian,

Your proposal is IMO a good fit for an update in Buster. Please prepare
such an upload, open a bug against release.debian.org and ask the stable
release team if they agree that such update can be done. If the stable
release team agrees, I'll sponsor the upload if you need that.
