[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#1033243: puppet: apt install puppet and puppet modules clash with official upstream repo

Just to see what am I failing,
Can you please tell me what would you put into apt preferences and even
elsewhere to be positively sure I am NOT using the puppet/foreman debian
packages ?
