Debian Rakudo Team wiki page now live

Welcome aboard and thanks for this work. I've added a link to help people 
track the activity on the packages maintained by this team.

Unfortunately, we are currently 3 more or less active members: Daniel (who 
packaged moar), you and myself.

I count myself on the less active side: I already maintain a lot of Perl 
package, including cme, Config::Model and Padre, Pan , lcdproc .

I'm also the upstream developer of Config::Model.

So I don't have much spare time for Perl6, In any case, I'll find the time to 
review and upload Perl6 packages.

So far, we have not dicussed how Perl6 modules can be packaged. Or if this 
work should be done as part of rakudo team or as part of debian-perl team 
(where we could benefit from tools done for Perl)
