Don't worry about it. We all did our fair share of mistakes when we began. I
did also messed up pristine-tar in Perl repos until I got my ~/.gpb.conf right

I think the requirement in Configure.pm is a "build-time" dependency. Does
this mean that we can use ">=" as a run-time dependency ?
In other word, can a nqp 2015.06 compiled with moar 2015.06 run with moar
2.105.07 (or later) ?
