Thanks for the tip!  I've updated the pristine-tar branch and documented the
process on the wiki.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to get around to merging
in the 2015.06 changes today; I got half way through in a test branch so
that I could document the process and understand the docs in the moarvm
repo, however didn't get it quite finished.  There's always tomorrow :-)
