Updating the Rakudo package

You've made the first (and probably most important) step mentioned in the "How 
to get involved" section of https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianRakudoGroup

To be able to contribute to packaging work, you also need to register an 
account on alioth [1]. Once I know your login on alioth, I'll add you to 
debian-rakudo team [2] 

As mentioned by Daniel, we are currently waiting for moar package to go 
through Debian new queue.

There's also the libtommath issue. Either we wait for an upstream release, or 
I can try to patch Debian package. We'll see which option is best once moar 
becomes available in unstable.
