Repo migration to Salsa

I've migrated some repo to salsa:

* https://salsa.debian.org/perl6-team/modules/perl6-terminal-ansicolor
* https://salsa.debian.org/perl6-team/pkg-perl6

I'm going to remove from alioth without migration:
* panda : IIRC, panda is obsolete (and I did not work much on it)
