I noticed some outdated links on the [Debian Rakudo
Group](https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianRakudoGroup) page.  Am I right in
saying that the website (http://pkg-rakudo.alioth.debian.org/) simply
doesn't exist as infrastructure for the DebianRakudoGroup and that the
Alioth Project Page (http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-rakudo) should be
replaced by https://salsa.debian.org/perl6-team/?  If so, I'll go through
and try to update the wiki as appropriate.

Correct, panda is obsolete and actively deprecated.
