Would you consider updating rakudo compiler to 2021.12-01 in Debian?

Maybe I'll be able to help on this recently. But just one question
to Dominique:

I have not looked into dh-raku. Is there anything to keep in mind when
upgrading nqp, moarvm and rakudo in terms of dh-raku?
