In theory, there's a new permanent tracker to rebuild all modules that depend 
on raku-api-2021.09 (which is setup by dh-raku). 

In practice, this is not yet tested :-) because this setup was done recently.

All in all, please make sure that the new rakudo package provides an updated 
raku-api-*
dependency.
