Would you consider updating rakudo compiler to 2021.12-01 in Debian?

Hi Dominique,
Thank you! I think I can upload them shortly. Updates for moarvm
and nqp have been pushed to git repo.
Should I upload 2021.12 to experimental in order to test with
raku-api-2021.09, or should we directly go head with 2102.12
in unstable?
