Hi,

on Debian, the Droid fonts (from the package fonts-droid) get installed
in /usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid and not in
/usr/share/request-tracker4/share/fonts.

Set(%ChartFont,
    'zh-cn'  => "/usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid/DroidSansFallbackFull.ttf",
    'zh-tw'  => "/usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid/DroidSansFallbackFull.ttf",
    'ja'     => "/usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid/DroidSansFallbackFull.ttf",
    'others' => "/usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid/DroidSans.ttf",
);
