Thanks for reporting this. In fact we are installing symlinks in
/usr/share/request-tracker4/fonts but there is a but in RT which means
it looks in the wrong place: <http://issues.bestpractical.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=29794>.
I'll await comment from upstream before implementing a fix.
