Hi Gürkan,

Thanks for getting in touch. Andrew Ruthven (on the list)
is working RT5 packages and I think these are nearly ready for a final
review after which they'll be uploaded to unstable (if you want a sneak
peak they're at [1]). I hope this can be done in the next couple of weeks.

I don't think we've finally committed but the intention is to
support both RT4 and RT5 in bullseye, since it's a bit late in the
day to have RT5 as the only option.
