[request-tracker-maintainers] RT5 coming soon

Hey,

RT 5.0.0 was released a few days ago. I almost have the packaging
ready, I've just found a few more docs that need to have their paths
updated and will sort those out tomorrow.

So far I've tested spinning up RT5 using SQLite and Pg. I've run a test
upgrade of a copy of my 4.4.1 production database to 5.0.0 and that has
worked okay.

Tested both Apache2, and fcgi with nginx.

I haven't looked at any of the extensions yet...
