Exciting news! How different is it to RT 4 and what does the
migration look like? I'm just wondering what the versioning and
upgrade story should be. Last time round we didn't get round
to automating database upgrades between 3 and 4, which is unfortunately
a bit of pain if we rename the package to request-tracker5.
It'd be interesting to know whether there are incompatible changes
in the extension interface that would require a rename.
