was the root cause of the problem not being able to find the right
initialdata file?
The Debian specific instructions with the rt4-extension-repeatticket
package are located in /usr/share/doc/rt4-extension-repeatticket which
provides the required steps tailored for Debian that need to need to
executed, including loading the initialdata. I'm assuming you didn't
find that?
Did you manage to resolve the issue with the created tickets forgetting
the configuration?
I haven't used this extension yet - but I plan to!
