[request-tracker-maintainers] Problem with rt4-extension-repeatticket

I have successfully install Request-Tracker (4.4.3) on Debian Buster
(Kernel 4.19).
I also successfully installed the RT-Extension-PriorityAsString from
metacpan <https://metacpan.org/pod/RT::Extension::PriorityAsString>.

However, when installing rt4-extension-repeatticket via  *apt-get
install rt4-extension-repeatticket*  and adding the following line to
*/etc/request-tracker/RT_SiteConfig.pm*

    *Plugin('RT::Extension::RepeatTicket');*

it still does not work.

I have also tried to use the extension from metacpan
<https://metacpan.org/pod/RT::Extension::RepeatTicket> but it looks like
there is a problem as well:

  * When extracting the tar-file I see a strange ownership: *501:staff*
  * Although new tickets here show the recurrence menu it looks like the
    tickets created with recurrence forget the configuration ...

Any ideas how to continue?
