[request-tracker-maintainers] Help patching files in dependency package

Ah ha! Right, enough. The good news here is that we have RT 5.0.3 in
Debian, so the patch isn't required for our RT5 packages. There is a
patch required for RT4 though, however, we're going to remove RT4
so it won't be part of the release of Bookworm.

I was pondering how to handle it, and yes, applying the patches to our
released packages would make sense, however, see my comment just
above. ;)

That'd be very cool. And we certainly welcome assistance with the RT
packages!

You are certainly welcome to submit a MR in Salsa for request-tracker4
- https://salsa.debian.org/request-tracker-team/request-tracker4 - 
but I think that might be wasted effort given our desire to remove it
from Debian.
