[request-tracker-maintainers] intent to orphan some request-tracker related packages

Hi all,

(I apologize if you received two emails. I was emailing without subscribing)

I asked by KURASHIKI Satoru <lurdan at gmail.com> to orphan some request-tracker
related packages:

- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rt-extension-calendar
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rt-extension-customfieldsonupdate
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rt-extension-jsgantt
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libmodule-install-rtx-perl

He does not have his time, so I do it for him acked by him.
But I do not have access right for Salsa request-tracker-team.

There are 2 ways:

A. Can anyone grant my access to Salsa request-tracker-team?
   If someone does that, I will replace him with QA group,
   orphan and QA-upload them.

B. Can anyone replace him with QA group, orphan and QA-upload them?
   So I will cancel my access right application for Salsa RT team.

As far as I can see, there are low-popcon but undergoing maintenance.
If they do not need to be orphaned, it is ok that just removing him
from their Uploaders field.
