[request-tracker-maintainers] using attachments with rt cli

Hello,

and thanks, it's really a neat great project to automate things 
regarding RT. I just wonder if it is possible to attach files (as 
attachment) on creating new tickets. The wiki page has not any hints on 
that and has last been edited on 1 July 2020: 
https://rt-wiki.bestpractical.com/wiki/CLI - also I didn't find anything 
in the manpage resp. with the included help command.

I tried something like the following without success:

$ rt-4 create -t ticket add attachment=test.json subject='test'
# No attachment for test.json
