Hi Julien!

Now  that roundcube  0.5-1 has  been pushed  to mirrors,  I will  try to
implement this roundcube-plugins package.

Third party  plugins can  be installed in  /var/lib/roundcube/plugins in
the same way that skins can be installed in /var/lib/roundcube/skins.
