Please, edit /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/roundcube/upgrade/mysql/0.5-1

Remove everything between "Updates  from version 0.3-stable" to "Updates
From  version  0.3.1".  Then  use "apt-get  install  roundcube-core"  to
restart the database upgrade.
