Unfortunately, Debian has a strong policy against embedding
dependencies. Therefore, we cannot embed jquery and we cannot embed
tinymce.

As for jquery, we must also be able to build it from the sources. We
cannot just ship the minified version. And building jQuery from sources
within Debian is hard due to the needed dependencies, which seems the
reason that the version in Debian is old.
