I have integrated back the changes from the NMU. I have also applied
some more commits:

 1. The NMU was using the minified version of jstz while we have to
    rebuild everything from source. Use the non-minified version
    instead. I have also updated jstz version in another commit.

 2. I have noticed that we don't build the minified version anymore. I
    have updated debian/rules for that.

 3. I don't know how the jquery-ui stuff is now compiled. Now, I suppose
    that we can use directly the Debian version (same size) and append
    the additional datepicker.

About jquery-ui, you excluded the whole plugin in d/copyright. I don't
think that's correct. There is a lot more here than we can rebuild. I
have modified to only exclude the minified JS (that we
rebuild). However, I did not reimport the original tarball. If you are
OK with the change, reimport it (delete the previous tag first, I think
we are not many to have downloaded the previous tag, that's easier than
to use an epoch just for that).

Also, I noticed that we now need TinyMCE 4. Debian only ships TinyMCE
3. I didn't test if it works but it may hint additional problems. We'll
see.

Once you think the package is ready, I'll upload to experimental.
