Several orig tarballs makes it quite hard to handle them, as we can see in 
roundcube-plugins-extra, that's why I'm in favor of shipping the additional 
local within the debian directory.  Using debian/missing-sources seems wrong, 
as this is something completely different and it is not handled via 
install-jsdeps.sh. Copying one file to a target location or extracting a 
tarball is easily doable within debian/rules.
