    I, for one, don't like the next paragraph:

It's not exactly the position, yes, but I don't like it :-)

    It sounds rude to me. The "They are not willing to make changes..." seems
to be particularly unnecessary, it sound to me like "it's their fault, not
ours". I would prefer something along these lines:

"Some RubyGems developers have been (quite) difficult to deal with, and seem
to have some griefs against Debian and GNU/Linux in general. They seem to not
be willing to make changes to RubyGems to make it easier to convert gems to
Debian or RPM packages. This is harming the communication between Debian and
the RubyGems developers as a whole, as well as between both systems."

    What do you think?
