My thought exactly, although the pkg-ruby-extras members already had
their look at it on the Wiki.

RubyGems developers have not been really difficult to deal with.
Austin Ziegler might have been because of his grudge, but he is NOT
a developer, while Jim Weirich -- a Debian user -- is.
I whould generalize that statement into that there are no plans to
improve the system for repackagers for the moment.

Except for some small style adjustments and the above issues, it's fine
with me.
