[DRE-maint] Website page "Retrieving Upstream Sources"

  Hello everyone !

  I've just had a look at the 'Retrieving Upstream Sources' page:

  I seem to recall some discussion a few months ago whether we should
stop using the pkg-ruby-get-sources tool, as its functionality is
basically provided by uscan. However, I can't remember if a consensus
was reached in favor of any of the options... If uscan should be
favored, though, an update for the website is needed (I'll do it, if
you don't mind).
