Well, I'm not really sure it is a mature project - Look at its project
page [1]. Look at its SVN commit history [2]. I have not yet touched
the code, and it could be amazing, but this fails to impress me:

But, of course, if a worthy project depends on it, or if someone
actually wants it... it looks almost trivial to package.
