Hello pkg-ruby-extras team.

I am Vincent Carmona. I was writing thismail to join the team when
lucas from the irc channel added me to the project.

I was thinking about team-maintain a ruby librairy package on debian.
This librairy is used to define global hotkeys so you can interact
with a application
even if its window is not focused.
