[DRE-maint] Please push pristine-tar for thin 1.3.1

Hello Ondřej,

Thanks for adding the shebangs to thin's maintainer scripts with your
NMU. However, I am wondering, do you know how that caused installation
failure? I tested the packages successfully on my system and in
piuparts, so I thought they worked fine.

Also, I think it would be reasonable to create a wishlist bug for
lintian to check for this issue automatically, if it causes such
severe problems in certain situations, but I'd like to understand the
issue better and reproduce it myself before doing that.
