[DRE-maint] Is anyone maintaining rails 4?

I have concerns about the level of maintenance of the rails-4.0 package.
It has three grave bugs, all of which are about the fact that it is
uninstallable and has been since it was uploaded in July.  I'd love to
try the package out, but it is completely unusable in its current state.

If nobody is going to step up to maintain it appropriately, please file
for its removal so that users aren't misled into thinking that the
package is actually going to be useful.
