I really need this package in order to fix redmine for jessie.

If I couldn't convince you about it being on its own source package,
please let me know ASAP so I can workaround this by embedding a copy of
it in redmine or even in rails, which I would not like to do, but will
do if that's what it takes to have redmine in the next stable release.
