[DRE-maint] Bug#812374: diaspora-common: Please allow use of another web server like apache2

Dear Maintainer,

Currently diaspora-common depends on nginx. It should be possible to run it
with apache2 instead (even if it requires some manual configuration).

Please consider changing the dependency to "nginx | httpd".
