[DRE-maint] Azure SDK for Ruby in Debian

Hi,

I notice you're the named maintainer for ruby-azure in Debian. I was hoping
we could have a discussion about this package, as there is now the new
ARM-based (not ASM) SDK available and this is a required dependency of
vagrant-azure (Debian bug #838927).

Have you considered already how you would like to package these new
libraries? We have started a team for packaging Azure libraries and
applications if you would like to join us. I would be happy to give speedy
reviews and uploads for your Azure packages if they are part of our new team.
